This home was envisioned as a contemporary, airy space with clean lines, soft neutrals, and warm wood tones. The core design challenge was integrating a TV unit along the staircase wall—a surface that is typically difficult to utilise—while ensuring it functioned as a visual partition between the living area and circulation zone. To achieve this, we designed a structured grid-panel backdrop with muted green framing, creating a semi-open divider that adds depth without closing the space.

The living, dining, and foyer areas follow a fluid layout with layered lighting, marble flooring, and minimal furnishing to maintain openness. The bedrooms carry distinct personalities through textured walls, soft curves, and calm palettes, while the kitchen is defined by clean gloss shutters and seamless storage. Every corner balances elegance with practicality, resulting in a home that feels connected, refined, and thoughtfully planned around the family's lifestyle and spatial constraints.
