Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all design services provided by Cozy Angan (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the Client (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, reviewing our proposal, or making any payment toward our design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Cozy Angan is a design-only interior design studio. We do not provide execution, contracting, procurement or site-management services.
2. Scope of Services
Our services include (as applicable):
Interior design consultation
Concept & moodboards
Space planning
3D design development
Material, colour & styling recommendations
Design documentation (2D drawings where applicable)
Execution, installation, vendor coordination, contractor hiring, site supervision, cost control or warranty responsibilities are NOT included.
Clients are responsible for hiring their own contractors/vendors.
3. Design Ownership & Usage Rights
All design concepts, drawings, visuals, renders and documentation created by Cozy Angan remain our intellectual property.
You are granted a non-transferable license to use the designs only for the approved project site
Designs may not be reused, resold, shared publicly or modified without written consent
Cozy Angan may photograph and publish the project for portfolio & marketing purposes (without disclosing personal/sensitive details)
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate site information & measurements (where applicable)
Share requirements, preferences & feedback within agreed timelines
Inform us of any site constraints or approvals required
Ensure access for discussions where needed
Engage qualified professionals for execution
Cozy Angan is not liable for:
Contractor workmanship
Material quality or procurement
Cost escalation
Site delays or damages
Structural or electrical safety
Authority approvals or permits
5. Timelines
Estimated design timelines will be mentioned in the proposal. These may vary depending on:
Client feedback response time
Scope revisions
External dependencies
Delays caused by the client may extend delivery timelines.
6. Revisions
Each stage includes a limited number of revisions as mentioned in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed separately.
7. Fees & Payments
Payments are milestone-based and non-refundable
Work will begin only after receipt of the relevant stage payment
Delayed payments may pause work until cleared
Taxes, as applicable, will be charged additionally.
8. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Designs are provided based on industry-accepted standards and information shared by the client.
Cozy Angan shall not be liable for:
Execution errors by vendors/contractors
Deviations made onsite
Health or safety hazards
Financial losses or damages
Third-party commitments
Our total liability shall not exceed the professional fee paid to us.
9. Confidentiality
Client details and project information will be kept confidential except for portfolio use.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services in writing. Completed work up to the termination date will be billed and payable immediately. Fees already paid will not be refunded.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
12. Acceptance
By engaging Cozy Angan, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
